Our typical process looks something like this:

  • Team assembled (University of Miami students and grads with top GPA, strong communication skills and work ethic.)

  • Define campaign with client.  Clear objectives.

  • Establish campaign - write call scripts, upload lists, coordinate via Salesforce.

  • Commence email and calling campaign.  Document everything.  Ideally in Salesforce but alternatively in excel.

  • Generate weekly report.  Ask for feedback.  Provide feedback.  Refine campaign and optimize.

  • Results.
